Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with FLOWEL (“FLOWEL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting a booking, paying a deposit or making full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received and FLOWEL has issued confirmation.

Availability, including golf tee times, accommodation, transportation, professional coaches, activities and other services, is subject to confirmation by the relevant service providers.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted per person and based on the inclusions specified in the relevant itinerary or package.

2. Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and balance payment deadline will be stated at the time of booking.

Failure to make the balance payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment processing fees, bank charges, foreign exchange fees or other transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method used.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless a different cancellation policy is specifically stated for a particular trip, package, camp or service, the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking will apply.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

Refund eligibility for balance payments depends on the cancellation date and the specific terms communicated for each trip.

Certain components, including golf bookings, hotels, transportation, professional fees, event tickets and other third-party services, may be non-refundable once confirmed.

Where FLOWEL has already made non-refundable payments to suppliers on behalf of the customer, such amounts may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

Any applicable payment processing, bank or administrative fees may also be deducted from the refund.

4. Changes by the Customer

Requests to change travel dates, accommodation, golf courses, room type, transportation, participants or other booking details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

FLOWEL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after a booking has been confirmed.

5. Changes by FLOWEL

Itineraries, golf courses, tee times, hotels, transportation, coaches, restaurants and activities may be changed where reasonably necessary due to weather, operational requirements, supplier availability, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.

Where possible, FLOWEL will arrange a reasonable alternative of a similar standard.

Minor itinerary adjustments or substitutions do not constitute cancellation of the trip and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

6. Golf Bookings & Weather

Golf course reservations and tee times are subject to the policies and final confirmation of each golf club.

In the event of rain, adverse weather or course closure, refunds, rain checks, credits or partial refunds will be determined according to the individual golf club's policy.

Where a golf club provides a refund or credit to FLOWEL for a cancelled or interrupted round, FLOWEL will pass the applicable refund or credit to the customer, subject to any non-refundable costs or fees.

FLOWEL cannot guarantee refunds where a golf course remains open and playable under its own operating policies.

7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, entry permits and any other documents required for travel.

Customers are also responsible for complying with immigration, customs, health and entry requirements applicable to their destination.

FLOWEL is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer's failure to meet such requirements.

8. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance appropriate for their trip.

For golf trips, insurance covering golf equipment, golf-related activities, trip cancellation, medical expenses and travel disruption is recommended.

FLOWEL is not responsible for expenses or losses that could reasonably have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

FLOWEL works with independent third-party providers including golf clubs, hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, professional golfers/coaches, activity providers and other travel-related suppliers.

These providers operate independently and may have their own terms, conditions and policies.

FLOWEL will take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers but is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays or service disruptions outside FLOWEL's reasonable control.

10. Force Majeure

FLOWEL shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, transportation disruptions, civil unrest or other extraordinary events.

Where such circumstances occur, FLOWEL will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Any refund will depend on amounts recoverable from the relevant suppliers and any unavoidable costs already incurred.

11. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with the rules of golf clubs, hotels, transportation providers and other venues.

FLOWEL reserves the right to remove a participant from an activity or trip where their conduct creates a safety risk, materially disrupts the experience of other participants or violates applicable rules or laws.

No refund will be provided for unused services resulting from such removal.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLOWEL will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
